The invoices of your suppliers are certified digitally by the board before they are sent for payment.
All invoices are stored digitally and are avalible for you through a certification log-in.
The board gets a view into the association’s bookkeeping digitally, there you can also download the financial reports.
dina fastigheter PORTAL
By the portal Dina Fastigheter [“Your Properties”] you will find rent and member lists and the list of unpaid notices. These lists are updated daily.
Signature of membership applications and contracts can be done digitally with mobile BankID.
We prepare contracts for parking spaces, garage, storage units and commercial premises.
We also help with cancellation, renegotiation and transfer of contracts.
WAITING LIST PROCESSING
We administrate waiting list processing for leasing of parking spaces, garage and storage units and handle all contact with the tenants.
INDIVIDUAL METERING OF CONSUMPTION
We administrate individual metering of consumption on the members’ monthly invoices.
We can declare your property assessment to the Swedish Tax Agency, which is done every three years.
